Sending Feedback or Reporting a Bug
We read every message. Both forms are in the account menu: click your photo at the top right.
Send Feedback
Section titled “Send Feedback”Love something? Hate something? Wish hrglass did something it doesn’t?
- Click your photo and choose Feedback.
- Write your thoughts in Comments.
- Click Send Feedback.
Report a Bug
Section titled “Report a Bug”- Click your photo and choose Report a Bug.
- In Short description, sum it up in a line, like Invoice total shows the wrong tax.
- In Details, tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
- Click Submit Report.
hrglass tells us which page you were on when you sent it, so open the form from the page where the problem happened.
