Signing Up and Starting Your Free Trial

Signing up takes a couple of minutes. You get 14 days free, and you don’t need a credit card.

Sign Up With Email

1. Go to hrglass.app and open the Sign Up tab.
2. Enter your Email.
3. Click Continue with Email.
4. Open the verification email from hrglass and click the link.
5. Enter a Password, your Full Name and a Username.
6. Click Continue to Plan Selection.
7. Choose a plan and click Start 14-day free trial.

hrglass sets up your account and takes you to your Dashboard.

No email? Check your spam folder, or click Resend verification email.

Sign Up With Google

1. On the Sign Up tab, click Continue with Google.
2. Choose your Google account.
3. Enter your Full Name and a Username.
4. Choose a plan and click Start 14-day free trial.

Choosing a Username

Your username becomes your hrglass address: yourname.hrglass.app. Pick something short you’re happy to share with Clients.

• 3 to 15 characters
• lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only
• hrglass tells you right away if it’s taken

You can change it once later. See your Profile settings.

Passwords

Your password needs at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character.

Pick a Plan for Your Trial

You’ll see two choices:

• Just me: one seat, for working on your own.
• Me and my team: for inviting teammates during your trial.

Note

Each account gets one free trial. If you’ve had one before, you’ll be asked to choose a paid plan instead.

Have a Gift Code?

On the Sign Up tab, click Have a gift code?, enter your Gift Code and click Apply. The gift is added to your account when you finish signing up.

Next Step

Once you’re in, name your workspace and add your business details.
