Your Profile
Your profile is about you, not your business. To open it, click your photo at the top right and choose Profile.
Name, Photo and Time Zone
Section titled “Name, Photo and Time Zone”On the User Details tab:
- Click Upload Image to add a photo. A square image around 500 × 500 pixels works best. The limit is 5 MB.
- Fill in your First Name and Last Name.
- Optional: add a Display Name.
- Pick your Time Zone. hrglass shows all times in it.
- Click Save Changes.
Your photo saves as soon as it uploads.
Change Your Email Address
Section titled “Change Your Email Address”This is the email you sign in with.
- On the User Details tab, click Change next to Email Address.
- Enter your New Email Address.
- Enter your Current Password.
- Click Send Verification.
- Open the email we send to your new address and click the link.
Your email changes once you click the link. Until then, keep signing in with the old one.
Change Your Password
Section titled “Change Your Password”- Open the Privacy & Security tab.
- Under Change Password, enter your Current Password.
- Enter a New Password and type it again in Confirm New Password.
- Click Update Password.
Your new password needs at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character.
Forgot your password? Sign out and click Forgot Your Password? on the sign-in page.
